- Firstly all the students have to visit the official website i.e. http://ofssbihar.in/.
- The home page of the official site will appear on the screen.
- After that click on the “Common Application Form” link.
- Start filling the application form with personal details, and upload your photograph, signature and other details.
- After adding your address, mobile number etc.
- An OTP will come on your mobile number.
- Enter OTP in the box.
- Finally click on the submit button.
- Now you have to pay the application fee of ₹350 here.
- As soon as your payment will be successful.
- Go to Final Submission of Application.
